Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a pkr789 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr789 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, recover any winnings obtained using disputed funds, and pursue any outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pkr789 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
